Meet The Team

Terry Gumz has been the Director of Development at Brunswick since July 2001. Previously she was Director of Development at The Chapin School, an independent girls school in New York City. Chapin had an active planned giving program, so Terry has worked in this area previously. Libby Edwards also came to Brunswick in 2001 from The Financial Services Practice, Heidrick & Struggles, an Executive Search firm. Her skills, honed with 15 years experience in the world of finance, compliment Terry’s development knowledge to help put together the best package for each donor.

Tom Murray came to Brunswick in 2006 from Rutgers University. Most recently he was Associate Director of Principal Gifts (gifts over $1,000,000) and prior to that Director of Athletic Development for Major Gifts. His career in development followed 12 years on Wall Street, so he has an understanding of finance and is accustomed to working with high net worth individuals in planning their investments and charitable giving.
