Planned Giving at Brunswick School The George E. Carmichael Society
In this section of the website, Brunswick alumni, parents and friends can learn creative giving strategies that enhance an overall personal or family financial plan. The “GiftTree” tab on the left is interactive, fun to use and will help the Brunswick community understand how planned giving can meet personal financial goals. Planned giving donors to Brunswick School are members of the George E. Carmichael Society. Established in 1995 to honor Brunswick’s founder and first headmaster, The Carmichael Society recognizes those members of the Brunswick community who have planned contributions to the School through bequests and/or deferred gifts.
If you are already considering specific planned giving options, click on “All Gifts at-a Glance” and select the gifts about which you would like to learn more. If you are not sure how a gift plan can benefit both you and Brunswick, explore our intereactive GiftTree. Start with “Giving Wisely” for an outline of the planning choices you have and the gifts that can get you there. Then, enter the GiftTree, and follow the trail to the gifts that will work best for you. Each option you select will lead to more detailed choices, letting you design your own gift plan. You can move back and forth in the GiftTree to compare the benefits of the gift options you are examining.
You can request a personalized
